The compact design allows the XH & XHE to fit heavy double and triple masts as well as off shore rigs. Our Top Drives are constructed with the most advanced components and computer simulation programs available today. These simulations have allowed us to drastically reduce pressure loss throughout the hydraulic system, thus reducing heat and improving continuous power at extreme temperatures. These improvements and advancements allow X-treme Top Drives to produce the same torque as our competitors with less horse power and heat.

X-treme goes one step further by offering our customers a complete engineered solution for their specific drilling program. Our group of drilling experts will work with the client to further improve economy by selecting the correct prime mover and customized gear ratios. Our solutions can be used with a customer’s provided swivel or X-treme can manufacture an integrated one.

X-treme Advantage

Our compact design is shipped in only two loads, including our newly designed Fast track torque tube. Once on location you can easily unload the complete top drive and torque tube with the use of a loader.

The newly designed Fast Track Torque tube is the most advanced tube on the market. Other systems take twelve to twenty four hours to rig up, the new fast track system will rig up in just a few hours.

Our highly engineered design allows for quick and easy field repairs, as well as effortless hydraulic disassembly and replacement, equating to a reduction of costly downtime.

Our ready to run system includes a pipe extender / mouse hole extender which boast a 360 deg carousel rotation and grabber sizes up to 11” with customizable configurations. The Hydraulic Kelly cock is standard equipment, alleviating costly extras.

All components can be shipped for offshore loads.
